Keller Gallery was founded in 1981, after Heidi Suter made her first exhibition in an antique cellar in Zurich with her own textile art. After this show, she got hundreds of request for exhibitions, which was the start of her gallery.

Since then, Heidi Suter has shown over 400 successful exhibitions in her Keller Gallery, with artists from Europe, Asia, and South America, and has presented paintings, photographies, ceramics and sculptures.

In 2024, Heidi Suter founded a second Keller Gallery based in the historic centre of Besançon France and began showing with local artists such as Jean-Pierre Sergent.
