In 2024, VOLTA Basel once again powered the discovery of emerging artists in the contemporary market. Art collectors and enthusiasts connected with fresh narratives from across the globe, enriching their collections and broadening their artistic perspectives.

Since its inception in 2005, VOLTA Basel has been a vital platform for ambitious new galleries, offering them an entryway into one of the world’s most important art capitals. The 19th edition, held in the intimate setting of Klybeck 610, marked the first edition under the visionary leadership of Artistic Director Lee Cavaliere. It was our most international fair to date, featuring over 45 galleries from 24 countries, showcasing a diverse array of cutting-edge contemporary art.
