VOLTA Art Fair returns to its founding city of Basel from 12 – 18 June. This year’s curated edition will be presented at our new venue Klybeck 610 - an architectural jewel in the heart of the Klybeck district and feature 30 invitation-only galleries, as well as a complement of public tours and performances. Whichever day you’ll be joining us, there’s something not to miss.

GETTING AROUND

Art Basel brings the international art world together by featuring over 200 leading galleries and more than 4,000 artists from five continents. Many high-quality exhibitions take place concurrently in and around Basel, creating a region-wide art week. Art Basel takes place from June 12 – 18 at Messeplatz 10 4058 Basel.
Daily shuttle buses run between Art Basel and VOLTA Basel from Monday June 12 to Sunday June 18.
Follow the VOLTA Basel flags outside Art Basel. The shuttle buses will depart from Bleichestrasse at the corner of Isteinerstrasse and arrive outside VOLTA Basel every half an hour.
Photo Basel is Switzerland’s first and only international art fair dedicated to photography-based art. For its collectors and visitors, Photo Basel is an active platform which fosters the dialog between all actors of the photography community and beyond. Photo Basel takes place from June 13–18 at Volkshaus Basel, Rebgasse 12-14, 4058 Basel.
The luxury jewellery connoisseur show, Jewels Basel, returns this June for another year of celebrating the finest craftsmanship, innovative design, and rarest gems in the world. We will be exhibiting some of Jewels Basel jewellery at VOLTA Basel and they will exhibit a sculptural artwork by Dieter Detzner from Lechbinska Gallery. Jewels Basel takes place from June 13 - 15, at Wildt’sches Haus, Petersplatz 13 · 4051 Basel.
At the intersection of science and art sits Novartis Campus, celebrating the culture that has made the city of Basel world famous. Novartis Pavillon is home to incredible ideas and moments of discovery. Inside, you’ll find the interactive exhibition Wonders of Medicine that explores the past, present and future of medicine, healthcare and sciences. How are new medicines made?
